Freedom of Information Publication Scheme

Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is committed to meeting the statutory requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and as such has adopted the Information Commissioners Office’s (ICO) Publication Scheme.

The publication scheme identifies seven classes of information which should be published by public bodies.

  • who we are and what we do
  • what we spend and how we spend it
  • what are our priorities and how are we doing
  • how we make decisions
  • policies and procedures
  • lists and registers
  • services we offer

Members of the public should be able to routinely access information that is in the public interest and is safe to disclose. The publication scheme is designed to signpost individuals to the information that we have available.

The ICB works in line with the publication scheme and below you can find a brief outline of each of the seven classes of information as well as links to relevant documents and pages.

There are also a number of key documents that we feel the public may find useful. These are linked to below under the heading ‘Other key documents’.

Members of the public wanting access to information that is not included on this page can make a freedom of information request. For further information on how to make a freedom of information (FOI) request please visit our contact us page.

For further information on the publication scheme please visit the ICO website.

Please note that some of the links on this page direct to the archived CCG website. Once these pages and documents are in place for the ICB the links will be updated.
