Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) holds clinical and non-clinical Contract Registers, including where relevant the process adopted for selecting the provider. It also documents other contracts that the ICB negotiates and agrees both annually and at other frequencies.
The Clinical Register for example, includes contracts for hospital and mental health services which are based upon a model contract template used nationally within the NHS (national standard contract) and are renewed as per contract term along with appropriate negotiation or re-negotiation of a range of indicators. These negotiations and agreements are not otherwise classified as procurement decisions as they are not subject to formal external procurement or single tender waiver.
