Managing Conflicts of Interest Policy
This policy describes the arrangements that NHS Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) has in place to manage conflicts of interest. This policy reflects and supports the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB constitutions and the Revised Statutory Guidance on Managing Conflicts of Interest in the NHS which was issued by NHS England in February 2017.
John Cappock, Independent Non-Executive Member for Audit is the Conflict of Interest Guardian for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB.
