About the Healthier Together Citizens’ Panel

As a Panel Member you are one of around 1,200 people that we have invited to represent the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire area to voice your views on health and care matters. By having your say you will be able to influence and shape the future of local health and care services.

Jungle Green, a Bristol-based market research agency, is working on behalf of Healthier Together and Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) to support the Healthier Together Citizens’ Panel.

Our commitment to you

As a member of this Panel, you will be invited every few months to complete a full survey. You may also be contacted with occasional updates, with invitations to take part in group discussions or a workshop, or with a small number of additional questions.

Your data

Your identity, contact details, profile information, and the opinions you provide are always kept completely confidential as assured by Jungle Green’s strict adherence to the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and as stated in our privacy policy. You can opt out of the Panel at any point by contacting Jungle Green or calling 01275 818343.

You will be asked at the end of each year whether you are happy to continue being a member of the panel. Your data will be stored for five years after your last panel activity and will only be accessible by authorised staff of Jungle Green, NHS BNSSG ICB and Healthier Together.

You have rights of access to your personal data and to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Jungle Green or calling 01275 818343. We will delete your data if you change your mind and want to opt-out of the panel. We take protecting personal data seriously. We never reuse, rent or sell personal data.
