Non-CCG Commissioners such as NHS England commission a number of treatments where they have developed policies placing a requirement or expectation on CCGs to supplement the treatment pathway with treatments that are the responsibility of the local CCG to commission.
All treatments partially commissioned by other commissioners are subject to a restricted policy.
