This policy describes how we
will implement hot-desking within BNSSG CCG, in line with good sustainable
practices aimed at improving our flexible use of space in each of our office
locations.
The
office space has been designed to support agile working practices rather than
individual activity, by using both hot-desk and shared desk principles rather
than conventional workspace allocations, which will enable the CCG to operate
more efficiently and cost effectively in order to reduce costs, which can be
invested into patient care.
