Jo Hicks

Chief People Officer

Jo is the Chief People Officer at Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB, joining at the end of February 2023.

Jo has over 25 years’ experience in leading and driving change across large organisations as a workforce, leadership and organisational development specialist. She was previously in post as Deputy Chief People Officer and Director of Strategy, Leadership and Belonging at the Ministry of Justice.

Jo is leading the development and delivery of the long-term people strategy for the Integrated Care System, while continuing to build further on our strong relationships with local health and care system leaders.
