Local artist to showcase photography exhibition at the inaugural ICB Annual General Meeting

A photographer from Bristol is set to display their work depicting local health and care services and staff at the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 5 September.

The exhibition is part of a project to showcase more of the diverse communities across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, alongside local staff and services, in future health campaigns and literature for the local area.

The exhibition will include photos of Doctors, Dentists, Nurses and a range of other clinicians as well as a variety of communities from across the area.

Jeff Farrar, Chair of NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB, said:

“We are pleased to be able to use our first annual general meeting as an ICB to display a local photographer’s work to showcase local NHS services, staff and people in action.”

Bristol-based photographer, Keyane Allmar, said:

“I was really proud to be asked to capture photos and portray an accurate reflection of health and care services in the area as well as local people. I look forward to the public viewing my work at the event.”

The AGM will also be an opportunity for the public to learn more about the achievements of the ICB over the past year and hear about plans for the future of health and care in the area.

Jeff Farrar added:

“We are pleased to invite local people to our AGM. The past year has been one of significant achievement and collaboration that has been pivotal in addressing the complex healthcare needs of our population. Ensuring that services are not only effective and efficient but also equitable and inclusive.”

The AGM will take place on Thursday 5 September from 6pm to 7pm, with doors open for arrivals from 5.30pm.  It is open to all with places bookable on our ICB event page.
