The Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB Constitution sets out our responsibilities for commissioning health care for the local population.
It describes the governing principles, rules and procedures that we will establish to ensure probity and accountability in the day to day running of the ICB; to ensure decisions are taken in an open and transparent way and that the interests of patients and public remain central to the goals of the group.
This constitution is made between the members of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB and has effect from 1 July 2022.
