ICB appoints Director of Performance and Delivery
The Integrated Care Board (ICB) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) has appointed Lisa Manson as Director of Performance and Delivery.
The Integrated Care Board (ICB) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) has appointed Lisa Manson as Director of Performance and Delivery.
The ICB is the new statutory body within the wider Integrated Care System (ICS) for the area, known as the Healthier Together Partnership. Together, the 10 partner organisations which make-up the ICS, work to improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and provide integrated services for the one million people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Lisa has been working in NHS management roles since joining the Royal Free Hospitals NHS Trust Graduate finance scheme in 1994. She spent many years in finance both within hospital, commissioning and regulatory roles.
Lisa moved to Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire CCG as Director of Commissioning in 2017 from NHS Improvement, where she was Director of Delivery and Development for the South West.
Speaking about her appointment, Lisa said:
“I am delighted to be appointed as the ICB’s Director of Performance and Delivery.
“There is already some great work underway across our area, and I am looking forward to building on this to provide the best possible services for the people we serve.”

“I am delighted to be welcoming Lisa to her new ICB role. Lisa has a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of the people we serve and brings considerable experience of health and care services at a local and regional level.
“In her role, Lisa will have responsibility for the performance and delivery of services for our population. The role has specific responsibility for improving the performance of services across our area, and emergency planning resilience and response.”
