Our record of processing

Our record of processing sets out the population health management and commissioning projects NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB has carried out using linked data within our local area.

The record is designed to be a clear way to show what we are doing with personal data and that this usage is in line with our legal basis for processing (Article 30 of the UK GDPR). It is also designed to show the work we do with personal data is delivering benefits to the people we serve and improvements to the delivery of health and care in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
